1. Definitions

• "Near Fit" or "We": Refers to Near Fit company and its fitness facilities.
• "Member" or "You": Refers to any person using our services or subscribing to our membership.
• "Services": Includes all services provided by Near Fit including gyms, the app, and online services.

2. Membership Terms

• Members must be 16 years of age or older to register. Members under 18 require parental consent.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided during registration.
• Membership is personal and may not be transferred or shared with others.
• Members must comply with facility rules and regulations at all times.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

• Subscription prices are determined by the selected package and duration.
• All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to modify prices with prior notice to members.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Subscriptions may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After the 24-hour period, members are not entitled to refunds for payments made.
• In case of medical emergencies, membership freeze requests can be submitted with necessary medical documentation.

5. Facility Usage Rules

• Appropriate athletic attire must be worn within the facilities.
• Personal towels must be brought when using equipment.
• Equipment must be returned to its designated place after use.
• Smoking and eating are prohibited in workout areas.
• Personal hygiene must be maintained and others must be respected.

6. Personal Training

• Personal training sessions are subject to separate terms and pricing.
• Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Sessions not attended without prior notice are considered consumed.

7. Liability and Waiver

• Exercise is undertaken at the member's own risk.
• Near Fit is not responsible for any injuries resulting from improper use of equipment.
• Members are advised to consult a physician before starting any exercise program.
• Near Fit is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.

8. App Usage

• The app is for personal use only.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the app is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate these terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via the app or email.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with local laws.
